THE TEACHERS
Member and Ashtanga Yoga teacher
Silvia Rubino
My name is Silvia, even if they call me "La Rubins".
I teach Ashtanga yoga, I'm an actress and I shoot video content both for myself and for some clients whose social channels I follow.
They might seem like activities that clash with each other but for me they all have one very important thing in common: creativity . And it is with this spirit that I like to teach and do yoga to be able to give a tool that can make the life of each of us creative, worthy of being called "life".
After all, karma creates everything, like an artist, you might as well create something beautiful.
Member and teacher of Vinyasa and Rocket® Yoga
Marylou Rubino
I'm Maria Luisa, aka Marilù.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga and Rocket® Yoga.
I studied Design and Communication and, whether I liked it or not, I have always worked in contact with the public.
Now that audience is the students, now that communication is yoga. An accessible, stimulating, gradual and perceptible yoga.
During an hour of class there is everything that we also find in our daily life: breathing, movement, crisis, euphoria, joy, peace, frustration, abandonment. We train our sensitivity to perceive all our states, perhaps improving our reactions a little.
Member and Shamanic Yoga Teacher
Giorgia Senesi
My name is Giorgia and I am an actress. I have lived so many lives on stage that I no longer know which one is mine. Three years ago I came across shamanic yoga, a poetic yoga in which physical practice is accompanied by the telling of tales of power, bread for my teeth. I graduated, I teach it. It ended up that I teach exactly what I do on stage, but with yoga: getting out of yourself, imagining something else, a hero, an animal, an ancestor, changing your point of view on yourself, on others, on the world, changing the world! Does it seem like magic? It is! I even have a magic wand...and if you want I can teach you how to make your own.
Hatha Yoga Teacher
Francesca Luppini
My name is Francesca and I teach Hatha Yoga at Cuccurucchiani. I am also a Vinyasa Krama teacher. The passion for nature and philosophy is what has led me since I was a child to find expression of body and soul in practice. After studying art history I decided to embrace yoga teaching as a life choice and begin an infinite journey of experience and knowledge. For me yoga is exploring oneself and reality with curiosity and wonder , it is entering the dimension of feeling and letting go of the judgmental thoughts of the mind, it is feeling like a small part of the immense whole, it is lovingly welcoming life as it manifests itself
Pilates Matwork, Hatha Yoga Teacher
Laura Dondi
Hi, I'm Laura! I've always been passionate about movement , I started practicing various sports since childhood and after finishing my classical studies I was admitted as a dancer/performer at the Paolo Grassi Academy of Dramatic Arts in Milan.
The work in the academy on the study of the body, movement and its expressiveness fascinates me completely and I decide to deepen it by starting Yoga courses. Now I teach Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Pilates.
In my lessons I try to combine all the principles learned in the different disciplines that I have studied in depth , I pay a lot of attention to alignments, awareness of one's body and breathing.
Pilates Matwork Instructor, Body Stretch, Cardio Workout
Romina Contiero
My name is Romina and I have been dancing for as long as I can remember!
I am a choreographer, I run my own dance company, I am a modern dance teacher, a pilates matwork teacher and an AMPT (Advanced Mindfulness) teacher.
I love art and wellness in all its forms: through physical, postural, aerobic and mental training I seek new stimuli for myself and to transmit to others.
Pilates Matwork Teacher
Giulia Raccosta
My name is Giulia and I graduated in philosophy in 2006. That year I discovered Pilates and fell in love with it. So I brought my philosophy to New York. I got certified in the studio where Pilates was born and where Joseph Pilates began his teaching career. And it is in that same studio that I then remained teaching for 15 years.
For me Pilates is not a job but my philosophy of life. It makes me feel good to help people feel good, to treat their body with care, with patience, with love.
I am thrilled to begin to be part of this beautiful team of teachers where " ...in an empty room the light joins the space, they are one, indivisible ." (Cit. Battiato)
